Terms of Service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

The service

AutoMixPilot generates long-form music content — planned, composed, rendered, and optionally published to YouTube channels you connect — based on the channel configuration you create. The service is currently in active development; features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

Your account

You need an account to use the service, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your credentials safe. One person or organization per account; you must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Credits and billing

  • Generation is metered in credits: one credit generates one chapter (its audio and artwork).
  • Subscriptions and credit top-ups are billed through Stripe. Subscription credits refill on your billing cycle; purchased credits carry over.
  • If a generation fails, credits reserved for the failed portion are automatically refunded to your balance. Beyond that, credits are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Plans differ in how long finished files are retained for download — see your plan details.

Your responsibilities

  • Content published to your channels is published on your instruction and under your responsibility, including compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube’s policies on disclosing synthetic or AI-generated media.
  • Don’t use the service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or deceptive, and don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
  • You are responsible for the prompts, themes, and names you configure.

Content and ownership

You keep the rights you have in what you configure, and you may use the content your channels generate, subject to the terms of the underlying AI generation services. We claim no ownership over your channels or their output. We may retain and process generated content as needed to operate the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by third-party platforms (such as YouTube moderation decisions) on content you publish.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or create risk for the service or other users, with notice where practicable.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: founders@automixpilot.com.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date, and significant changes notified by email to active accounts.
