Who we are
AutoMixPilot (“we”, “us”) is a service that plans, composes, and publishes long-form music content to YouTube channels on your behalf, operated at automixpilot.com. Questions about this policy or your data: founders@automixpilot.com.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, email address, and a hashed password (or your Google sign-in identity if you use it). We never store plaintext passwords.
- Channel configuration — the themes, genres, schedules, and other settings you create in the dashboard, and the content generated for them.
- Billing data — subscriptions and top-ups are processed by Stripe. We store your plan, credit balance, and a Stripe customer reference. Card numbers never touch our servers.
- Usage and diagnostics — service logs and error reports needed to run and debug the product.
Google and YouTube data
AutoMixPilot uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube account, we request permission to manage your YouTube videos so we can upload the content you schedule, set titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and privacy status.
AutoMixPilot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We request two YouTube permissions: “upload videos” (to publish the mixes you schedule and set their thumbnails) and “see, edit, and permanently delete your YouTube videos” (used only to read your channel’s name when you connect it, and to change the privacy setting of videos AutoMixPilot uploaded for you). We never delete videos, and we never read or change comments, captions, ratings, playlists, or videos we did not upload.
- We store your channel title, channel id, and an OAuth refresh token. The refresh token is encrypted at rest and used only to perform the uploads and updates you have configured.
- We do not read your YouTube analytics, comments, subscriber lists, or private data beyond the above.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train AI or machine-learning models, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We never sell or share Google user data, and we use it only to provide the features you asked for.
- When you disconnect a YouTube account, we revoke our access with Google and delete the stored token, channel title, and channel ID immediately. If you revoke access from your Google Account instead, we detect the revocation the next time we attempt to use the token (during an upload or when you use a feature that requires YouTube access) and delete the stored token at that time. We keep only the IDs and privacy status of videos we uploaded for you, so your run history stays accurate. These are deleted with your account.
- You can disconnect a YouTube account at any time in the dashboard, and revoke our access entirely at myaccount.google.com/permissions or security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Revoking deletes our ability to act on your channel; stored tokens for the account are removed.
By using the YouTube features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Service providers
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, hosting and storage infrastructure, error monitoring, and the third-party AI generation services that compose audio and artwork from the prompts your channel configuration produces. Each receives only what its function requires.
Retention and deletion
Generated working files are cleaned up automatically on a schedule that depends on your plan; finished videos you have published live on your YouTube channel, which we do not delete. To delete your account and associated data, email founders@automixpilot.com from your account address and we will remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. There is no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the date above, and notify active accounts by email for significant changes.
